In Person Healing/Reading Session FAQs

How can I prepare to get the most out of my in person reading or healing session?

  • Create a moment to cleanse yourself with an intentional bath or shower prior to your session and dress yourself in all white. 
  • Take time to write down your intentions for your reading or healing by asking yourself - What are you ready to release? What are you ready to receive? 
  • Do not eat a heavy meal within an hour of your session start time so that you can fully receive the maximum benefit of your time in the shrine. 
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early for your session to begin on time. 

What should I do after my session to integrate the healing and/or reading guidance?

What if I need to cancel my healing session or reading? 

Due to the unique nature of Sankofa House Savannah all sales for service purchases are final. In the event that you need to cancel your session you can do so up to 24hrs before your session time. You can either reschedule your session or receive a credit for your investment toward our marketplace or another service.

If you cancel your swithin 24 hrs of your session start time you will incur an inconvenience fee of $30.00 which will deducted from your original session investment credit.

Over the Phone Healing/Reading Session FAQs

Shipping FAQs

When can I expect my online order from Sankofa House Savannah? 
Most of our products are hand made, prepared, and processed by our owner and operator so we ask that you please allow 2-5 days of processing time before your order is shipped to you. 
Orders are typically shipped weekly on Wednesdays. You will receive a tracking number via email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
